Tried refinancing with Fha lender, didn’t work out because no value to our property right now with market so terrible.
What other options can be done? Any suggestions?

i am trying to refinance my house. I will only be at 60% LTV. The bank tells me that ALL FHA 30 year fixes require impounds regardless of loan to value, but that 15 year FHA loan leaves the choice to the borrower. Can anyone verify this or tell me where to look?
