What is the current FHA interest rate? HELP?

We are refinancing our house and the guy at Chase said the lowest rates are 6.75%. I have brilliant credit and ihink we are being screwed over. Please tell me if current FHA rates are lower than this.
I live in NY and have a 737 credit rating.

Rates vary from day to day. Why? The cost of $ depends on the current price of treasuries (the cost of the $ that will make up your mortgage).
I am quoting 6.25% (07/16/08 8am MST) today FHA 30yr fixed up to 95% and 600+ mid score. But you will also be charged 1% origination.
I would quote you 6.5% today with NO origination and 7.0% and I’d pay your closing costs for you ($250K min loan amount).

PS. Pricing only gets TERRIBLE when credit scores fall below 600.
